What Drives Your Passion for Real Estate Investment?
It was a straightforward decision for me to invest in real estate because it offered a unique opportunity to provide a valuable service through rentals or a profitable product through resales. What attracted me the most was that this industry was relatively insulated from the challenges that women and minorities often face in other businesses. Additionally, real estate had a lower barrier to entry compared to other industries, making it even more appealing as an investment avenue.
